Hello. I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my toes. It develops from toe injuries similar to turf toe. The exercises that have become impossible to do are any form of lunges due to the way it bends my back foot. I was wondering what type of leg exercise you would recommend that would be a substitute for lunges. I have been doing leg presses alot and am just looking for some other options.
