What drugs do to you. How interesting about the meth stuff. Did anyone see this today? Told that you can age 20-30 years in 3 1/2 years if you do meth and it puts holes in your brain. How sick is all of that? Showed pictures too of how old this girl looked from doing the drug. She went from looking in her late 20's to looking in her late 50's in my opinion. I jumped off the couch as if a spider just landed on me and went into the frig and pulled out the broccoli and started munching away. LOL! Freaky stuff and why would anyone do that to themselves...why, why, why?????

I was in the midst of CleanMax during Oprah but I TiVoed it. I will have to watch it later.

Wow! I seen this show too! That woman shocked my socks off! I couldn't believe how much she aged.

I think everybody has their own addictions. Some are just so much worse than others!

Hopefully that last woman that was on the show can stay clean. She's been clean for 4 months.....that's not very long yet.
 
The saddest part Charlotte is most people can never kick this habit..http://smilies.sofrayt.com/fsc/crying.gif[/img] I have seen firsthand what Meth use has done to a very good friend of mine's family. Her son once again is in prison and with a 4 year old son!...It completely breaks my heart...Carole
 
Wow! Just finished watching...that was one of the scariest shows I have seen...truly intense. I couldn't believe the pictures of that lady - unbelievable.

Yes, I seen it. Very disturbing stuff and I felt so sorry for that 17 year old girl. I hope she can kick the habit. I can't believe people would even consider trying stuff like this. I just don't get it.

It's so sad. I didn't know it was such a big problem. I think it's so sad that someone would even want to try it in the first place. It's horrible. I like the drug addiction specialist that was on yesterday. She has been on the show several times and she really seems to know her stuff.

Which drugs? I hope nothing over the counter?

I'm developing a lot of guilt over my use of over-the-counter drugs. I discovered that if I take one-half of an Actifed an hour before I want to go to sleep, that not only does it knock me out so that I can sleep, but I feel wonderful the next day. Not just well-rested wonderful, but I feel more relaxed, better able to enjoy life. I don't take it everyday, but I'm beginning to rely on it a bit too much I think.

Anyway, I assume the show was about hardcore drugs, right?
