For those who do not get emails (my email isn't here yet but I checked the site), Santa Monica is on sale for 39.95/free shipping. I am going to ponder this one - emailed them to ask about using it without ropes. Have also read the threads on that matter - we'll see. Feel free to jump in with your thoughts on the matter...!
