Hi, have a question for you... I noticed you like Diane Sue seem to not have any of that little fat you know that little tiny bit of fat I call it that looks like it sticks out of the bottom of your pantie leg, the bottom of your glutes... is this genetic for you or lots of squats and lunges? ...
I still have to get rid of some of that, not much but its just enough to annoy me}( ... any way just was curious, you have great pictures too, I have to have son or hubby take some now that we have a new digital camera, got to put it to good use.... thanks Rhonda:7
 
I'm blushing. Actually, I think it is alot of the lower body workouts that have helped me and the ab workouts of Cathe. I also do other leg toning exercises with Gilad and a old tonetics lower body vhs I have. I use to jog, but it bothered my knees too much. I haven't been working out really long and was going thru an on and off again thru the years. When I wasn't working out, I was always bloated and had some more fat in the lower belly area. I never exercised after I had my children, but was just blessed with a high metabolism. Turning 30 changed all that. I was starting to get fatty deposits on the backs of my arms and back and belly area...love handles too. I will have to post some pics of those times too, that was just 2 years ago. I'm not sure about the genetics...my mom and sister are pear shaped, my dad has always been so slim, but he has worked out most of his life too. I am really picky about what I eat and if I go off of not eating clean, I will just end up where I was 2 years ago. Everything in my home is low carb...down to the ketchup bottle and I don't indulge in snacks after 6 unless I am eating yogurt. Between the Cathe workouts and clean eating has definitely made a difference.

Thanks for the compliment, but I feel the same about you...WOW!!! Anyhow, I just finished ME and I think Cathe killed me on this one as I pushed myself even further so my arms are on fire, but I see the muscle pushing out so I am HYPED!
