To those following the August Rotation

First of all, a big aww to those following the Cathe August Rotation. I started it but had to stop due to some family issues. (hope to start in Sept). Could you please post your results from this rotation? I love to read/hear about people results. I would like to know details of your results; weight loss, loss in inches, increased cardio and/or lost a dress size or two. I would really appreciate any information. It would help me decide as to whether or not I should follow this rotation in Sept. Thanks Chap..
 
Hi, Chap. I hope things at home have settled a bit!

We are in week 4 of this rotation. I actually took my measurements before week 1 and was VERY diligant about my eating for weeks 1 & 2, but slacked incredibly for week 3. I am back on track now, and feeling strong again. I will post complete results at the end of this week's schedule.

But, let me tell you TWO things I got from this rotation early on:

1. Cathe has 'taught' me that you don't need to have ANY exercise equipment or tools to get an awesome workout. Look at Week 1 Friday, and Week 3 Monday! Great workouts and some of my new favorites. They work well for travel as well!

2. This rotation has also shown me that I CAN do some of this stuff. I have a new found respect for my ability to maintain the intensity when needed, and my ability to go further and longer than expected!

Although these are not physical changes, these mental changes are just as important to me!

I'd like to hear results and new things learned as well as I plan on working up to this rotation so I'm ready to take it on in October.

I didn't measure but have lost 6 lbs and I didn't change how I ate at all.My legs look slender also.I plan on doing another month of this one.I love to be pushed:D
 
For me, my endurance capacity has gone through the roof it seems like. It's made a big difference in my running. My legs have definitely tightened up and that's no small thing for my 48 yr old bod! I was already at my "ideal" weight (120-125) before this rotation and my scale reads the same although I am eating more, however my clothes are definitely looser. I hope Cathe gives us more challenging rotations like this one.
