To preorder or not to preorder?

I know I will want the new Cathe DVD's and 79.99 is a great price for all of them. Still, it bothers me that I get charged right away. I guess I just think you should be charged when they're shipped--especially now that the release date is so up in the air. Those of you that preordered, aren't you becoming impatient? Just curious as to what everyone else thinks about paying immediately and then waiting and waiting and waiting.

Dear Muffin Top,

Anything good is worth waiting for. Besides, I guess if they charge early, they make more money. That's OK by me. It will just benefit us in the long run. Better quality DVD"s for one, and more of Cathe....can't get better than that.

Just to let you know that Cathe pinned a new update. She will be filming from Aug 25 - Aug 29. I would say you would be crazy not to preorder. Myself and many others on this site preorder way back last September when they went for 59.99 and have been waiting patiently ever since. You know you will eventually get top notch videos so why not order now and save money in the long run. You just can't go wrong with Cathe. Lower price is all I needed to know when I preordered last September and I know that money will be well worth it. Just my opinion.

There is a positive side to waiting so long. If almost feels like I am getting some free DVDs soon, b/c I paid for them so long ago! :)

It makes sense for Cathe to ask folks to pre order. That way, she has the money to put out videos with high production standards, which is something lacking in this genre of videos. You just have to be a believer!

I figure I'm going to spend the money anyway. Whether I pay it now or pay it later doesn't make that much difference. At the rates that savings accounts are paying right now - even if she has the money for a whole year - I might be losing maybe a dollar in interest. The presale price is still attractive regardless.

I am just looking forward to receiving the workouts, not feeling impatient at all. :) Ok, maybe just a smidge. :) But I would much rather Cathe know she is supported through her injury. I'm so happy she is feeling better and can't wait to see what the new set looks like! The music sounds like a great mix!

The price break you get on the preorders, especially earlier in the production stage, just can't be passed up. I preordered the first day of the presale, and have never once thought of cancelling. I've never regretted preordering the whole taco (except for beginner workouts) since 2000.

I'm another one who preordered last September and have never thought twice about it. It's worth it to me for the extra savings. Also, I have preordered from Cathe since she started offering this option and have never been disappointed.

Though I wish the DVD's were here and ready, I don't feel impatient about it - you have to wait whether you preorder or not. I am getting excited though now that the dates have been set! :) :)

You might want to consider preordering through CKsales (www.cksales.com ). They don't charge until the order is shipped. The con: they are in Canada, and you will have to wait a bit longer (maybe a week or so) to receive your order.

I'm beyond impatient, since I ordered back in September (I almost feel compelled to list the year, LOL!), but I just try to put it out of my mind. I've discovered several other instructors and workouts in the meantime, and don't really "need" Cathe's new workouts right now. I'll probably start getting antsy about these again toward the beginning of September.

I am more impatient about another preorder that I just placed, that was supposedly just filmed yesterday. And waiting for the new Powerstrike workouts to come out.

If you feel you'll be impatient, fill in the 'Cathe' gap by ordering another workout you don't yet have at the same time (for no additional shipping charge). You'll get that one pretty quickly.

(If you preorder now, you will just be 'waiting.' Those of use who preordered 'way back when' have been 'waiting and waiting and waiting'...and waiting and waiting.;-) :7 )

In my opinion there is no question in my mind about pre-ordering anything from Cathe. She is a mainstay in my fitness DVD collection and I love her workouts. I don't mind waiting because I get a great price. This recent pre-order and Cathe's injury has been the only instance in my experience pre-ordering from Cathe that the filming was held up. If you pre-order now it won't be too long.:)

Sorry to interrupt,
I ordered the 1st day and haven't cancelled mine yet, but just wanted to say something to Kathryn. The other preorder finished shooting yesterday. She said she shot for 11 hours, but isn't sore. I can't wait to see how they are. :+

I continue to preorder from Cathe because I know I will recieve a great product. I am so looking forward to these workouts and feel for Cathe as I am sure this has been a real tough ordeal for her. Even if you purchase them in advance there is always someone who will buy them off of you(I never have sold a Cathe workout).
