Kind of wrestling w/this b/c I really don't want the weightlifting part of the workouts, just the cardio, & there's no time breakdown of cardio vs. weights. If I knew I'd get more than 30 minutes of cardio I'd pre-order, but without that guarantee I don't want to end up w/something I won't use.
