"to many dvd's to choose from"-what to buy

hi everybody

does anyone knows the date when the new dvd's will be out?
its like the FINAL COUNTDOWN .
i want to order the 4 new ones of course and i thought about the step blast series and i thought also about the slow & heavy series.but about this last one i cant decide between the S&H or the gym stile.i have a problem with my legs when i do lunges and i noticed that in the GS legs cathe work with lunges a lot .so what do u think the GS or the S&H beside all the other.
about the rotation working with all those dvd's i'll ask when i'll get them.
any more recomodations will be mostly wellcome

I would recommend the GS series over S&H unless you KNOW that you like training SLOW & HEAVY. I own and will never part with S&H but I rarely use it. One day I want to use it for 3 weeks and see if I ntoice any changes in my body. I use it for about a week to shock my body but can never make myself do it for more than one week at a time. Also, GS Legs and S&H Legs may bother a bad knee so be careful and stop if you feel any pain at all. There is a super slow static lunge segment in GS legs where you only hold 5 lb. DB's in ea. hand, but you go down for 4 counts, hold in lunge for 4 counts, pulse up for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, and go back up for 4 counts and it is KILLER! Check the rotations forum for great ideas on how to use your workouts. Enjoy your new purchases!!!
