To anyone who has tried to follow the bffm eating plan

Hello i have been trying to follow the basic plan of 50% carbs, 30% protien and 20% fats withen my maintance calories because i want to start eating healthier and to lose a bit of extra body fat but i am always hungrey i can never make it even 2 hours without getting hungrey, Is this normal when you are trying to lose fat? I just wanted to know what others experiences has been with this. Thanks for your time. Michelle
 
I have been following it and I have never felt hungry exdcept for first thing in the mornings. You might want to try increasing your protein to see if that helps. I have felt great when I follow it and have actually seen some fat loss results. But then my DH will sabatoge(?sp) all my efforts by bringing home valentines candy, bottles of wine that I repeatedly tell him not to.
