Hi,

I was wondering if any of you (from the UK/Europe) use the video fitness forum, to exchange or swop videos?
I thought I would ask here because I have never used the exchange before and I dont want to waste my time if no one is going use it.
I have dvds/videos that I would like to put on the exchange for you all to view ( I want to make room for the blast series, ha ha)
I am not ruling out USA/canadian cathe fans but I thought the postage may not be worth your while.

I have only asked a question on this forum, I am not using it to sell on, so please dont be offended thanks.

I posted a list but got no response at the moment I have in the past sold and bought here. I post that I have vids and leave my email address so that if anyone is interested they can email me.

The main complication with using VF or other sights is regarding payment if you have paypal that might be an idea otherwise swapping maybe be better.

sorry if I did not make my self clear I meant that I wanted to swap dvds/videos, I do not want to sell anything.

I have some pilates, step/ circuit,bodybar,firms, tae bo and one 3 workout dvd TO SWAP.

I haven't used it but I check it regularly just in case! I agree with your thoughts on the cost of postage and that's one of the reasons why I haven't posted although I only have one thing I want to swap at the moment!

Just saw your reply I would do as suggested here with the provisio that if anyone response check them out on both VF and Firm Ya Yas as they both regularly update there bad traders lists. And for any scams that might occur.
