Okay, I tried one of the TLTs from Netflix... the one that mixed lite cardio with toning segments (Endurance for movement). Well, this morning my right knee is so sore... and I really didn't feel like I got that great a workout. (I don't get knee pain like this after an Imax) Maybe it's the torgue (sp) on some of the moves, I don't know. But thought I'd put this out there for those of you with touchy knees, who thought (like me) this would be a knee-friendly workout. Guess I'll be sending this one back sooner than I thought.
