I love Cathe so much. She's amazing! I love coming to this forum and always wish for more photographic evidence of how she can improve a person's muscle definition. 
My mini-story: I am chinese and have a very very stubborn tough layer of skin fat. I am by most people's definitions slim, but I want to be more ripped (like Jai!). I just switched to working from home, so I have much much more time to exercise and have been running a lot and doing Cathe more. After doing too much cardio (with little to show for it), I switched to doing more muscle work. After a few weeks of this, I have seen amazing results.
