timesaver upper body workout

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to pass on a workout I did recently that left me sore for several days. I used the mix and match menus from Timesaver and strung all the upper body work together. However, I used red spri resistance tubes rather than weights, because I was traveling. I'm sure I had to make up some substitute moves for certain exercises--can't remember, but I think I had to be creative with triceps--but it was a killer workout. The tubes definitely had a lot to do with the soreness I felt. I never pull them out except when I'm traveling, but maybe I should use them more often!

Hi Wendy,

I did this yesterday but I didn't know how to use the mix and match, but I did all the upperbody weights and I feel a little sore today. I really enjoyed it though.
