Timesaver Rotation?

I've been looking through some of the rotations and can't seem to find one using only the Timesaver workouts. Is there one or do I need to create my own, meaning just follow the DVD as is and insert ab workouts whenever necessary?

I haven't used my Timesaver yet, so can anyone also tell me what type of training this is - strength or endurance?

I'd say Timesaver is endurance, but it's a good set of workouts. I especially like the bonus material that is included in the Timesaver workouts, that was not in any of the other Body Blast workouts. I did a rotation for about a month where I did the Timesavers one after the other, and then did Bootcamp on the 6th day. I didn't lose any weight, but I noticed my thighs leaned out some (didn't measure, so can't say how much). I also noticed big improvements from week to week in how well I could do Bootcamp. By the 4th week, I went all the way through with no breaks. The first week I took breaks in between a number of the circuits, and also couldn't go all the way to the end on the terminators without a break, so I was pleased with my progress.

edited to add: I also saw noticeable improvement with some of the tougher core segments.
