Timesaver - lower body workout

So I bought Timesaver for the days I just don't have much in me. I did the leg workout last week and was really surprised at it's intensity! I think I'll be doing that workout in particular more often when a full L&G or PLB isn't in me.

I have to try it.I have all the BB series that's the reason because I do not use the timesaver. The timesaver was my first cathe with the ctx series.

I love this timesaver workout! I've never done the full L&G workout because any leg workout in it's entirety frightens me!

I do Legs & Glutes all the time, but have never done the Timesaver lower body workout. I reviewed the notes I made on the TS version, when I previewed it, and I think it may actually be more difficult that Legs & Glutes - and is about the same length. If you can do the TS lower body workout, you can, without a doubt, do the full Legs & Glutes.

Take care,
Sandra

I was thinking about combining the Timesaver legs & glutes workout with the MIC hi/low. What do you all think of that combo? How long is the Timesaver legs workout? (I'm guessing it's no more than 45 minutes). I do find, however, that the other Timesavers aren't intense enough for me. If I'm pressed for time, I prefer CTX. (Actually, even if I'm not pressed for time, I love CTX).

That combination looks tough! I believe the L&G timesaver is 48 min. I agree that they aren't as intense as CTX, but I like to make up combinations with the Timesaver, like I do with CTX.

Last night I combined two Timesavers, I did the warmup and SJP step section (Timesaver 1) with the Step Blast Combo 3 in Timesaver 2, and finished it with L&G floorwork and abs. Today I'm looking into upper body combinations.
