Oops, sorry about that, thanks for letting everyone know. I can't edit the original, the forum won't let me. I also forgot to put in all of the time charts that the "total" times were approximate but 10 minutes IS a little more than an acceptable approximation. My bad.

Thanks so much for the times on CTX!! I knew the Upper Body Split seems like it goes on forever and ever with no rests in between!!! I still think CTX Upper and LL are Cathe's toughest workouts to date. I have a love/hate relationship with them!!
