I only have 45 minutes a night to work out but more time on the weekend and I was wondering if you could help me in finding the best routines to do. I've only been doing your tapes for the last 2 months and I love them but I'm not sure if I'm doing the right ones to get the best results with such limited time. I have been alternating between total body workouts and some type of aerobic workout every other day. I usually take one day off a week. I'm not sure if I should be doing more aerobic activity and less weights. I am 41 years old and I could stand to lose 15lbs and definitely tone up. Thank you for your help.
