interesting read. i think this may be why i'm not able to drop these last 5lbs. i seem to restrict more in the day and then by night time all i want to do is snack. its gotten to the point now that i'm waking up in the middle of the night hungry and grab a spoonful of PB (not good) Mabe i need to focus on eating more in the day and shutting the kitchen down after dinner. There are times too where i think at night i'm eating out of habit and boredom and not hunger at all.
