Okay, I will try to get pics up to support this thread, but I make no promises....
A year or more ago, hubby and I were at (gasp!) Wendys and noticed a dog there. It looked like a Shepard mix, but had the blue husky eyes. It had a collar, but it was sitting outside the drive through window, waiting for them to toss out a hamburger patty! I thought it was adorable.
For the next year or so I would see her from time to time, but never with an owner. Well, today, hubby and I went to a restaurant on the hill (above Wendys) and low and behold, there she was. When we came out after eating, I shared some chicken and steak scraps with her, and tried getting pics of her when the owner of the restaurant came out and said Tilly sit!
I got some good pics of her, but I don't know if I can download them from my phone or not. What's funny is, she doesn't look that old but she is in fact 16 years old. The woman we spoke to knows Tilly's owners and said that back in the day, they used to arrest dogs - and that Tilly's mother had to bail her out of jail more times than she could count!
Apparently, the minute they open the door - zoooom! Out she goes!
CUTE!
