The total is going down?? Week 5 looks like a bit of a bear, so I will be quite happy with the lower numbers for a bit. Have a Happy Day, Everybody!

WTG ladies!!!You are doing great! I cannot wrap my mind around the fact that you are doing these ON YOUR TOES!!!! That's insane!
Has anyone noticed strength gains from this plan? I was shocked at how much easier chest press was yesterday! Now, if I could see some of that muscle!

Wow, cakebaker! Amazing.
I think that yesterday's total was about 200, just doing a little quick math in my head. But they were all the standard vanilla kind of pushup. Still pretty proud of myself.
Becky, I haven't noticed stregth gains, but I haven't been working chest much while I've been doing the pushups...I have been using that as my chest work. But I have noticed some more definition in my chest and shoulders. (I almost look like I might have cleavage now. Maybe.) Pretty cool!
