Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: This Thursday, Oct 22nd at 9:15am EST, we will be doing "HiiT Fit Circuit" Live.
Be ready to do a mix of high impact HiiT cardio, low impact HiiT cardio, weighted exercises for both the upper and lower body and then finish class with barre work! Oh yeah!!! Sleep well my pretties!!!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

Various weighted dumbbells ranging from 5's up through 15's.

Another Perfect 10 of a workout!
You had me challenged on the high impact HiiT cardio following those burpees!
All I wanted was the pause button instead I counted 8 extra, moderately, slow, counts before I went into the next exercise!
 
Thank you Cathe! I just did this morning-such an awesome workout! RWH HIIT moves plus metabolic conditioning plus Barre-all my faves! So much fun-made my day! I LOVED the one preview move from ICE - cannot wait!!! Loved your pants too!
 
I did this one today & I enjoyed it a lot...I had to modify a couple of the high impact moves, but really felt "worked out" afterwards..I even did it AFTER
I got home from the fitness center! I really like the CatheLive workouts that are in the 40 - 50 minute time frame, makes it easier for me to get them in!
