Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: Tomorrow's Thursday Dec 4th class at 9:15am EST will be KICKBOXING AND COMPOUND WEIGHT TRAINING LIVE. You'll do kickboxing (first half), then some heavy bag boxing work followed by compound weight training. Equipment needed will be a pair of boxing gloves, a set of 10 pound hand weights and a fitness mat. See you ready to sweat!
 
Same here firemedic! I do these the most and use my heavy bag through out. They are my favorite Cathe Live!
 
Yeah!!! I'm having to do today's workout in the afternoon - and so will really be able to do this 'live' for the first time! It'll be 2:15 here in the UK (I think!). The workout sounds exactly what I feel like doing today...thank you mind-reader Cathe!

Couldn't do it this morning. (It's live at 7:15 mountain time) had to take DH to the airport. Will do it tonight. Can't wait!!
 
Also did this today, as usual, loved it. I have to say that with Cathe live, I've gotten really good at jump rope and jumping jacks. I can definitely do them a lot longer thanks to Cathe.
 
This is one of my absolute favorite Live workouts so far -- if not my #1. I love that there's complexity to the combos, which keeps me mentally engaged and gives the workout staying power for me.
And the compound weights section was beyond! I skipped some of the rest time because I was just having so much fun.
LOVED it. It turned a bad day into a good one (at least for an hour or so!). It was like doing a hybrid of Hardstrikes and Super Cuts. xx

Which workouts are most similar that that weighted segment? Justine, you mentioned Supercuts (which I haven't done in a while so don't remember well) -- are some of the same moves in Supercuts?

When I give my daughter a tiny taste of ice cream, she starts flapping her arms wildly and sticking her tongue out for more -- now I know how she feels! :p

I have done this workout twice now! I have loved it each time! It kicks my butt! Always love the bag work! Hubby was laughing as I came charging down the stairs to run out to our cold garage to do the bag work. Yes dedication!
