OK, based on Curt's recs I'm all for Filomena's, but this is (sort of) a democracy so I'll go with the majority.

I'll call & warn them that approximately 20 hungry, thirsty exercisers will be descending on their establishment on the 30th as soon as I know where y'all would like to go.

I would love to join you on Thursday, but won't be able to. My husband and I (along with my cousin Keith), are flying in Thursday, but we're going to Atlantic City Thursday night and then my husband and cousin are going to drop me off at the RT on Friday. We normally go to Vegas each year, but can only afford one trip, so we're making it a vacation as well as a workout retreat for me!! I'm being picked up on Sunday (after breakfast) and then will get to go back to AC Sunday night and leave for Texas Monday. BUT -- I am looking forward to seeing each and every one of you at the RT again this year!

Well, this isn't really part of the RT & not structured or anything. I'll give them a call in about 2 weeks & let them do what they want.

The two times I've gone, we've just put a bunch of tables together & eaten as a group. Very fun!

Alrighty, we're all set. I reserved a room for 20+ & we'll just order off the menu. I put the res under my name, but told her to put Cathe's Road Trip in parens after just in case some of you don't remember me.

They only serve wine, hope that's OK. You might be able to BYO if you prefer something else.

Can't wait to see you all!

Do I remember correctly that the restaurant is within walking distance of the hotels? Is everyone meeting to head over together? I'm still not sure I'll be able to make it -- depends on whether my flight is on time and how long it takes to get from the airport to the hotel, but would like to join in.

Thanks, Melissa, that's thoughtful of you. I'll have to see if I can make arrangements when I get in -- perhaps try to locate people milling in the lobby. Although I would like to join you all for dinner, I'm not going to stress about it if it doesn't work out. Why start the weekend worried, right? See you all very soon!
