Cathlete
so, i must have been completely wiped out yesterday because i laid down at 6:30 because i felt tired and JUST woke up! i didn't even get to make/eat dinner! i don't know why i was so exhausted but i feel pretty well-rested now! ;)

so, i'm gettin' this thread startd and will bb for personals!

jackie-ITA about grace and cc. i love them both, but feel i work MUCH harder for grace. she always seems to push me, even on the days i don't feel like being pushed. half the things people say bother them about her i don't even notice!

christine-i try to keep my babies inside when it's really hot out, but with the doggie door, they can really go out whenever they please. they don't stay out that long, though. just long enough to bark at whomever is walking by! ;) how exciting for dd15!!! that is EXACTLY my kind of trip!!! funny, i was thinking that ccpp is a much harder w/o than cc8 the whole time i was doing it!

gloria-glad it sounds like you just need some coolant. car trouble is SUCH a pain!!! great run you had yesterday!

wt-i don't know why i like the iTrains better. i think it's like i said to jackie, i just feel grace really pushes me much harder (even wheni pre-plan that i am going to take it easy!). as for the iClimbs, i much prefer cc's to keith as i think i work harder on the ext with the cc's and i think they are a bit more difficult. one thing about the iTrains is that they give you exact numbers instead of using perceived exertion (like the cc's). i am no good at perceived exertioin and my hr never stays where coach sean says it should be! for me, the iTrains are a no-brainer!

i have NO idea what cardio i will be doing today. i will be doing nrolw for probably the last time until i get back from my trip. unless they have free weights and barbells at the hotel gym, but most hotel gyms i have seen only have machines which is why i downloaded some iStrengths (LOVE nick's voice...so sexy!). i did one while i was in florida and really liked it as a change to what i normally do. i might swim again or maybe do some step i have a feeling i will be doing a lot of running and ext on my trip (and a whole lotta beaching ;)! )

i hope everyone is having a good friday-eve!

Morning Cheetah babes!

Super quick fly-by...have to be to work by 6:00...EEEKKK!

1. Seminar was great...my friend and I were the only ones there. Lotsa one-on-one and questions answered.

2. Got a little bad news about getting into rad tech program...fill ya in when have time

3. NO workouts until at least Sun x( ;( x( ;(. Bunch of very early mornings and late nights at work.

4. Have bowling tonight and NUTSO day ahead of me at work....hay, ride-a-thon and every single one of our clients is coming out today....oh joy!

5. Talk to you guys tomorrow morning!

Have a great day everyone!!!

Morning, cheetah babes! :)

Quick post. I wanted to run this AM before heading to auto inspection as soon as they open, but I "overslept" til 6 am. So Plan B.

Christine :: When my back was first really jacked up (after the accident), I had to be *really* careful with certain moves and modify at times, but the chiro said being active was probably helping me heal more quickly...I can't imagine even being tempted by those infomercals. But who am I to talk? I sprang for a $250 Fluidity barre! *lol*

WT :: Thanks for the comparisons of iTrains vs. CCs. Appreciate hearing your opinion on it. Are the iStrengths do-able at home, too?...Aw, man! A lot of beaching sounds perfect!! So, you got everything you need? Are you packed up? I can't wait to hear all about it!! Hey, BTW, meant to tell you we have a triplet: Ms. Gloria! :7

Wendi :: Hang onto your hat there! Hope you get through the day in one piece.

Gloria :: enjoy your walk! :)

OK, off to inspection! BBL~~~

wendi-sorry your days are so hectic. try to take a break now and then (i know, easier said than done!!!).

wt-you mean we are TRIPLETS?!?! how cool! http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_1_24.gif
i have the iStrengths@home and like them for a change of pace. i really like nick's style and, like i said, his voice is quite sexy. i packed right after i posted and just have toiletries and stuff to throw in. i will be staying at dean's tonight since he lives closer to the airport and our flight is early. i am really hoping i didn't go over the 50 lb. limit, but i am afraid i will. last week, i was over by 3 lbs. and i had to put some stuff in my carry on or they were going to charge me $80.00!!! i told dean to bring an extra large carry on (and i am, too) in case it happens again!

gloria (wt3)-have a great walk!!!

Good Morning Cheetah Babes!:)

Never got back here y'day. We ended up renting "The Bucket List". It wasn't bad. I cried at the end which always endears me to a movie a bit but to be honest, I thought it would be better. Oh well, it worth the $5.00 PPV rental atleast and actually got me in front of the tv with DH instead of in front of the PC. :p

Shelly: Kewl. With the exception of the RT, I am free in the month of August!:7 Glad things are better for your sister and BIL. My BFM is from Pakistan and still has family there so I am very familiar with how unsettled it can be there. I didn't even realize you have kettlebells. When did you get them? This is my first time managing u/b DOMS with them. Now you KNOW I'll be repeating the exact work out I did the other day to to get!}(

Cathy: >>>*lol* Since you said you only read the first word of the thread, the question is did you even NOTICE it?<<<
Um...er....okay, yeah...you got me there....SHHHHHHH!:p :7

Christine: I did my own mishmosh from Kettlebell Goddess on Tuesday. That's what gave me the u/b DOMS and I *STILL* have it! WOOH!}( Glad Jimmy got a better haircut. Hope Kimo's hair grows back fast! So I see you are joining me in some kettlebell work outs. Couldn't stay away for long ey? LOL After listening to you and Cathy discuss kettlebells I knew that Kettlenetics work out was pretty much a joke but after DOING a kettlebell work out for myself I am POSITIVE that kettlenetics is useless. Although...for a beginner exerciser trying to find a program to start with, perhaps it's a jumping off point?

Carole: I don't think I'd have the energy to run after an X+ work out. Good for you!

Lori: Okay, forgive me if I missed something or am just totally confused but....You are heading to Aruba in a couple of days. You just got back from FLA. Are you ALSO going to Hawaii or is Aruba the Hawaii trip re-planned? :D

Jackie: I have yet to look up my time for last year's Belmar 5 race. I'm sure it's around 50 minutes though. I'll have to make sure I look it up before I head out on saturday morning. I hope it's not too not or humid! I would not be able to fall back to sleep if I was that hungry. You are good!

Gloria: I know what you mean about slacking on the housework. I am guilty of that one far too often. I phase in and out from being lazy about it to being crazy about it!:7 Great run y'day, btw!

Okay, looks like I'm all caught up. I have to work this morning and then I have a (stupid) meeting to go back for at 3:30. That being said, I think I'll be doing cardio today and will save it for the gym after my meeting since I'll be there already anyway.

BBL~

wendy-we were planning on going to hawaii because i only appllied for my passport about a week before we wanted to book a trip. turns out, i got my passport EIGHT days after i had gone to the post office, so we decided to go somewhere that i could use it. also, i REALLY wasn't looking forward to an eight hour flight. aruba is much more tolerable at four hours. so, i went to florida last week to visit my family and am going to aruba tomorrow for ten days. then, back to work on wednesday.:-( x( ;( n my next trio will be the ROAD TRIP!!!:7 :7 :7

grrrr...i still can't decide what w/o i want to do. now, i am thinking maybe i should chage things up and do a circuit, or muscle max and some step, or...who knows!

Inspection is out of the way...:)...Am going to grab something for b'fast here and then head out for my run. We have a bit of a respite from the humidity, thankfully.

Lorie :: Last time I went overseas, I got nailed with $100 fee for having my suitcases a few lbs. over. THAT smarted! Now I weigh all my luggage before I leave the house. Hope yours passes through no problems...Thanks for the info on the iStrengths. May have to check it out. I know I have some credits to use up. Enjoy your w/out, whatever you do!

Wendy :: I daresay your secret is out. :7 Sorry The Bucket List didn't meet your expectations. I'm among those of us who really enjoyed it.

Hope everyone is having a fantastic THURSDAY :7 morning!

Good Morning Cheetahs –

Lorie – Glad you’re rested now! :p DD15 is very excited. I found out that BF’s aunt is actually a doctor and does wild life rescue in her spare time. Wow. I’m impressed. I like when my dogs bark at the passersby – people know we have dogs. :p Of course, Jimmy would probably help them carry everything out, but… :+ Our babies have full access to the garage with a fan and the side yard. It is fairly cool there, especially with the fan. I come home over lunch and give them ice cubes in their water, too, when it’s really hot.

Gloria – have a fun walk!

Wendi – 6AM? That’s icky! Hope you get to get a workout in somewhere sometime, though the ride-a-thon will do that for you! What a wild week!

Cathy – I do think being active heals better, but I have to be somewhat reasonable – which is tough for me! :+ Hope the auto inspection and run go well! I know what you mean about springing for infomercials. I refuse to watch them anymore!

Wendy – Oh, I sooo miss my bells! I really love what they do for me. I don’t know about Kettlenetics – it just seems like if someone started with it then tried to move to bigger bells, it would be an accident waiting to happen. Enjoy work and hope the meeting goes quickly!

Carole – I was thinking of you and how you talked me into playing Scrabulous. DD15 is now hooked. We played most of the afternoon yesterday. She wants me to buy the board game so we can play for “real”. :p Too funny. Goofy kid. We had fun, though! What’s embarrassing is that she’s beating me 160 to 174.

Not sure what cardio I’m going to so today. Something light, though. I’ve had Strike Zone for a while and haven’t tried it – the controversy and the reply by Tracy’s people on VF put me off – but I have it, so I might try that. We’ll see. Have a good day all!

Good morning lovely cheetahs! Had a busy but productive day yesterday and got off the loan paperwork:7 Nice to have that done. Apparently the septic inspection went well and there were no problems. So now it's just waiting for all the paperwork to process.
I was going to head outside for a run this morning but I slept later then I intended and it's kinda steamy outside so I'm wimping out and will head down to the cool fitness room and hop on the TM for about 4-5 miles.

Christine- I figured my story about the Aussie I told you yesterday would get you and Lorie all fired up! It really upset me(sigh).. What are you gonna do? I'd love to see a pic of Jimmy with his new do! Pretty frustrating story yest. about the guy getting his charge reduced for finally leading authorities to thie body... I'll join you in the rant!! So do you think the kettleball work may have done the number on your back? I can see why that would be something to be careful about. Thanks for sharing the "kettlenetics" stuff.... very interesting, but infortunately I can see why this would appeal to alot of misinformed women. What's the controversy over Strike Zone?

Carole- How you doing with the heat wave? Dont know about you but I can deal with very cold weather much better then when it's extremely hot. It just sucks the energy right out of you stepping outside! Very glad to hear the fires aren't close to you though!!!

Lorie- Thanks for the complements yest on our new home. They seller wasn't in good shape and couldn't show us much of the wooded property (it goes up hill) He told us he loves to ride in it in his quad... all I could think of what a shame it was wasting such lovely property riding around in a motorized oversized buggy... give me my hiking boots!! I've been tempted to try one of the CCs but I don't like being told what range of speed to use rather then a perceived level of exertion. BTW- loved your pics from Tues... great genes you have in that family!!! woohoooo.... starting a serious countdown to Aruba!! Hope you'll share some pics when you get back! I don't envy you going thru the airport hassle and packing.... it's gotten pretty hairy lately!

Jackie- I'd say there are about 4 acres or so that are cleared and require mowing -- DH is actually very excited about that. He loves riding a tractor mower. The property is pretty uneven and mostly wooded... great for hiking but not so much for running. The road it's on tho is pretty and very quiet... I anticipate some great runs. I hate it when I wake up in the night hungry!! I would have thought the PB would do the trick. What's the workout today?

Gloria- Spanky is two yrs old. She was quite a handful as a puppy, like most energetic breeds but is getting to be a delightful as an adult. Glad to hear that your car only needed some coolant...pretty important this time of year! Get a good amount of cleanmax done yesterday? Great run yesterday!! Already putting that new iPod to good use!

Wendi- Hope you survive your crazy busy work day!!!

Cathy- What's the auto inspection for? Hope you get in a great run later and it's not too hot!

Wendy- Actually I don't have kettleballs yet.... only kettleball envy (sigh) Those have to go on a wish list until finances even out after the home purchase. August would be a great time for a GTG
we'll have to see if our miss Cathy can meet up too. Have a great post meeting workout!

After my run I'll be doing more of Seasuns the Next Step. Had a great time yesterday with stepboxing (KCM) her newer one. She really made a challenging one with this workout but still quite easy to learn.

Shelly

Good morning cheetahs

Lorie...so who are you going to Aruba with? The smoke is probably driving most of us nuts here. Luckily we don't get up to these temps very often, but it is the worst kind of weather for the fires. I think most of us do stay indoors especially in the afternoon. LOL about the brazilian!!

Cathy...I might have to look for that movie. As the weather is hot I like watching something in the afternoons on weekends. Good job with the MM/ME mish mosh. Glad the inspection is over...:)...hope you have a good run.

Wendy...yesterday (due to the temps) I ran first before doing Total Body, I actually think it is easier doing the weights first though!! Enjoy your cardio today.

Jackie...NO, thankfully Sadie has not been sprayed since the last time. But my DH did trap a skunk a few days ago. Weird because we normally don't see many skunks til about Sept. It should be a bit cooler today but some rain would be very nice! So you are having some hunger issues? Good job with PUB/PLB.

Christine...the temps were for sure nasty yesterday. Not good at all for the fires. I just like seeing a bit of blue sky. This constant smoke is gonna make us all crazy! That sounds like a nice trip for DD15. A short float in the pool sounds heavenly right now!! Glad you and DD15 are enjoying Scrabulous. I really have fun with it, because it makes me think. I'll be curious to see what you think about Strike Zone. I think Tracy is a sweetie but I am not a fan of her workouts.

Gloria...I have been keeping fairly cool. I know drinking water helps. I am glad it was just coolant for your car.

Today will be legwork, 30-40 min on my EXT and 45 min of YogaX.

Have a great day...:)

Shelly...we posted at the same time!! I am not much of a heat fan but I have made an attempt to drink MORE water and I do think that helps. It is easier to me to bundle up when I am cold rather than finding ways to cool off when the temps are so high. It is just the constant smoke in the air that is bad...This is also just the beginning of fire season so it is a bit scary. Enjoy your TM run...:)

Back from a good 5K run. :7 :7 :7 Isn't it the greatest feeling when it gels? It is hot out there, but humidity is low--amen!

Carole :: I have been spending more time indoors when the weather is over the top and have had a chance to catch a few flicks lately. I'd like to see Mamma Mia when it opens. I've seen the musical in London and NYC and just loved it both times. I like Meryl, Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth...I have been running first before weights, too, lately on account of the heat, and I don't like doing it that way. (Though that's how I *used* to do it when I first started running & lifting.) I do hope you get some much-needed rain...I enjoy Scrabulous, too. You find the most unusual words! *lol*

Christine :: IA--doing what you're doing with caution seems to be the way to go...Auto inspection was good--now I'm set for another two years...I don't usually watch infomercials, either. I have no idea how Fluidity caught my eye! :7 So yeah, what is the controversy with SZ? I'm curious, too.

Shelly :: Glad all went smoothly yesterday, and now it's just a matter of processing. So, do you already have your workout room envisioned? Wonderful to have that much property and *solitude*. Ahhh!...The inspection is required every two years. Did you not have to do that in AZ?

BTW, whoever thought it was a good idea to let Kathie Lee Gifford back on the air??? I'll apologize in advance to her fans, but UGH!

Hello Sweet Peas! :)

Lori: Getting everything ready for your departure I see. How exciting. Great getting in CC8 yesterday. I bet you do feel well rested. I have a hard time with perceived exertion levels too. I love when the hotels have gyms. It's nice to work out somewhere new. I can feel the excitement you have for your trip. YAY!

Cathy: It was a nice walk. We were fast this morning because I could feel my quads when we were done. I would imagine bloody eyes would freak some of the kids out. Imagine if they were like that on the first day of school! I do not think you would have any issues with classroom management! :) I went without insurance for a little while too and nothing too serious came up. We don't do auto inspections here in MI.

Christine: Thanks for the information. The food thing is working for me too. :) I love grilling in the summer. I put ice cubes in Ellie's water when it's really hot too. She likes to chew on them. :) Enjoy your light cardio.

Wendi: 6 in the morning is really early for work. x( I am looking forward to hearing how everything went at admissions last night. Good luck bowling tonight!

Wendy: I did make a dent in the housework yesterday. I was busy on the phone for a long time with Andy's dad and then a friend who is having some issues right now. Enjoy your cardio today!

Shelly: I LOVE my new ipod! Ellie was a handful when she was a pup too. She would NOT stop. She is now six. We are considering getting another one. Enjoy your tm run today. I can just imagine how pretty it will be to run on your new road.

Carole: Ellie has never been sprayed by a skunk, thankgoodness. Very good news about the car. Enjoy your workout today.

I did make a small dent in the cleaning yesterday. We walked this morning, I then took a 2 hour nap. I will be doing something non-running today. I will let you know this afternoon what I decide. Today it will be 75 and sunny and I guess it will be very humid this weekend. BBL!!

:)

Oh, I’m actually ticked that the controversy surrounding Strike Zone kept me from it for so long. It was a blast! Great form, and fun drills. I really enjoyed it. The controversy sprung from some of the VF’ers saying it was off beat (I’m a musician and didn’t notice it was off beat actually – and I notice music). Well, Carol from Tracy’s company wrote all kinds of nasty grams, and PM’d VF’ers telling them to remove comments from threads, etc. It was handled very badly. And in the midst of it all, Tracy’s father passed away, so she was not responsive herself – except to say that she back Carol, so that caused all sorts of other controversy. Basically it was a bunch of wound of hens in a hen house all pecking at each other. I don’t agree with what Carol did, but I understand why Tracy at that point in time would rather work on healing from her father’s passing, then to deal with a bunch of harpies on both sides. I really enjoyed the workout. Kind of like what P90X Kenpo would be if Cathe did it, but with even better form. As a former martial artist, I’ll tell you – the form is spot on in this video. Wow! And there are new moves like the head butt that keep it fresh. She also does a few “Strikes” that are pure cardio, etc.

Shelly – Yeah! The house is getting closer to being yours! I’ll be you’re excited. Glad you got in a nice 5 mile run! Yeah, the poor Aussie did fire me up. I spent some time holding Jim and telling him what a lucky dog he is. I’ll see if I can get a pic of him up. His doggie day care is full today, which is irritating, but what can ya do? So he’ll hang at home. That’s fine. I’ll take him tomorrow and he can be worn out for the weekend.

Cathy – Great job on the 5k! I love a good run! Glad you don’t have to deal with inspections for another 2 years. We only have smog tests in California. I had forgotten about the inspections back east. ITA of KLG!

Carole – It’s supposed to be cooler today – let’s hope. I’m seeing a little of blue sky, but I’m sure by afternoon it will be brown again. The cycling group from work is riding in this crap. I don’t know about that. As I said above, I really liked SZ. It worked me good! As long as I was using good form, my back was fine – so I was happy with that. And it was a nice reminder to turn those hips! You get more power that way. Have fun with your workout! And you’re always welcome to stop by for a short swim! :p Plus it’s cooler here in the Bay Area. :p

Gloria - posting at the same time! Glad you enjoyed your walk. Perfect weather today for you. 75 is my fav temp! Keep up the good work with the food! I'll be thinking of ya today!

Good morning my Cheetah friends!

Christine - So glad Jimmy enjoyed his day at work with you. Yesterday was a high cal day for me and that helped with the hunger. At least, I didn't wake up hungry but during my workout the pains hit. How exciting for DD and a good experience for her. Hope you don't miss her too badly. I'm sure she will be calling mom every day. Glad you enjoyed your swim and yoga last night.

Gloria - When my DS was at home, I got him to handle anything electronic for me. Now, I have to figure everything out for myself. Did the coolant help the car? Good job on your run to your new tunes! Yeah!! Glad you enjoyed your nap today.

Lorie - Sorry CC#8 wasn't that difficult for you. Would you change anything next time or save for a run? Brazilian wax sounds so painful. Know you're excited about your trip. Enjoy whatever cardio you decide on today. All the new airline fees is making flying even more of a hassle.

Cathy - USPS did have partial dental coverage but still had to come out of pocket with a lot. Vision coverage only allowed for a discount on certain things. What we have now for dental, I never pay out of pocket expenses and with vision, I pay for the extras that I want. It's much better. I'm with you on people messing with my eyes. The doctor told me once I would never be able to wear contacts because I could barely keep my eye open for him to get a piece of trash out. Uh, and, I don't wear contacts. Only wear my glasses for reading and computer use. Then, I have to have 2 different pair. Regular glasses caused headaches and neck tension when using the computer. I filled the ol' tummy tank before going to bed. I waited later to have my last snack. Worked much better. It's time for my snack now and I'm ready for it. Hope you had a good run!

Wendi - Sorry you have some long days at work ahead of you. Hope they aren't too bad. Enjoy bowling tonight.

Wendy - Glad you enjoyed some tv time with DH. Will keep my fingers crossed for good weather this weekend. Crazy about housework! Don't think I'll ever reach that point. Sorry for the late meeting. Hope it doesn't take too long.

Shelly - Yay for the loan paperwork being done. Now, if the payments could be done that quickly. :) Good to have options when the weather doesn't cooperate. Enjoy your run! 4 acres is a lot to have to mow still. I pay my BIL to cut my 1.7 acres. So much easier on me.

Carole - does DH release the skunk back into the wild without getting sprayed? I worked in a different office yesterday. It poured a few times yesterday afternoon and had to wait for it to let up before I could leave. I get home and nothing, nada, zilch. It's still dry as ever. Maybe one day we'll get some rain here. Sounds like a nice long workout for you today. Enjoy it!

Today's workout was 15 minutes of Absolute Kickboxing cardio premix as a warm up, iTri #8 iClimb section, CC#2 through the second challenge and steady state and 10 minutes of yoga. Instead of doing the hills in CC, I sprinted.

Gotta get to work. Enjoy your day!

Jackie

Gloria :: LMBO re: classroom mgmt! That would be one way to set the tone, ay? *lol* Glad you enjoyed that walk. I'll tell ya, the other day walking 4 miles with my dad, I really felt it differenly in the legs. How nice you don't have inspections! We also have to register our cars every year. Nice way for NJ to make more moolah off the peons...I have been doing the nap thing myself lately. 75 is perfect. I'm with Christine--that's my ideal temp. Low 80s is fine, too, in the absence of humidity.

Christine :: thanks for explaining what went down with SZ. Sometimes the things that become forum controversies amuse me. But wow, that is a mighty persuasive endorsement! <<what P90X Kenpo would be if Cathe did it, but with even better form>> Glad I'm not alone re: KLG. :)

Jackie :: Agree with you on these airline fees. Gettin' wack. I heard US Airways is now cutting out all domestic in-flight entertainment...The vision plans seem to be the weakest link for everybody. I was really, really pleased to find out I am able to get $164 back from what I paid the other day. Nice chunk o' change. I think I might even still get the $100 back from my regular insurance. The only thing is, I will still need contacts, so more money is likely to be spent down the road. But every little savings is appreciated!! Even better, I was told I could get the transitions lenses with no extra charge, so I went for it. Do you have that? I hope it wasn't a mistake, but some people I've talked to do like them. Have you ever tried bifocals? Oh, it was an adjustment getting used to contacts, I know what you mean...Amazing how it can pour two towns over and yet your town can get nothing...Great w/out!

I felt like adding onto my run today, so I opted for Kenpo+ followed by my own kettlebell mishmosh, which included snatches, one and two-armed swings, windmills, TGUs, tactical lunges, tosses, and around-the-body passes. I feel good n' worked out. Thursdays on my current rotation are Napolean Dynamite style: Whatever-I-Feel-Like-I-Wanna Do day :), and I'm lovin' it this way. It's working out well. OK, time to get cleaned up!

Have a great day!

Christine: 75 is a great temperature. Eating is so far so good. I might grill some shrimp tonight if I'm up for it. The cattiness on the forums sometimes can be ridiculous. That strike zone sounds like a good workout.

Jackie: DH is so busy at the shop that I am having to take care of a lot of things on my own. DH told me last night that I am turning into a mechanic. LOL! I ended up adding the coolant myself last night. No, that did not help the car unfortunately. I was driving into town today (15 min.) and it was reading hot again so I pulled into the mechanic in town and found out I have a hole in my radiator. x( With parts and labor it will be costing me $390. Can you say OUCH! Oh well. At least I was in walking distance of DH's shop after that. I'm happy to hear your hunger pains did not wake you up last night. Sometimes during Itread I will ignore Grace and do whatever I feel like doing too. :)

Cathy: I laughed my self when I wrote that about your eyes. I am easily amused. :) It is a different feeling when walking. I am never sore the next day, but I do feel like I should stretch or something afterwards. That is a lot you have to do to drive out there. about the moolah off the peons remark. I have been very impressed with your workouts lately!! Nice job lady. :) DH and I loved ND. :D

I am not feeling like doing anything else. It will be my first rest of the week, not considering the walking this morning. Anyway, I have the race on Saturday, which is a biggie for me. Hope everyone's day is going well. :)
