Goooood Morning ladies,

Noone posted yet? Haven't got my reading glasses with me, you know.

did Low Max first (skipped the 7th interval and stretch), then did Imax2-intervals 1 thru 5 without the warmup, then added on MM UB skipping the warm up but adding a long stretch (cause I didn't do it yesterday). Felt so great when I was done.

What have you got planned for today?

Hey Dutchie and others,

Today I will do GS/MIS back and probably that will be it. I have short time this afternoon to get anything done.

Have a good day!

WHOA, Dutchie! NICE work out girl! You really whooped some bootie today! Good job! }( }( }(

Good morning everyone! I have some nice little DOMS going on in my upper body today from GSC&T yesterday. I will be doing GS Legs today and plan to do GSBS&B on Friday so by Saturday I'll be 100% fried!;)

ETA: Hi Kim, we were posting at the same time.

Hope everyone has a great thursday!:)

Morning ladies! Well, I had my first Ballroom Dance class last night. It was SOOO much fun, although I felt like I didn't know what the heck I was doing. I am focusing more on the Latin/Rhythmic dances and just from the 1st lesson I could tell I'm going to love it! I have my second class tonight!!!

This morning was IMAX 2 intervals 5-10 and PUB Up only premix with abs.

Hope all you ladies have a great day!!!

Katie

Hi Dutchie, Wendy, Kim and all who are to follow:

Great workouts!

Today my son has a CTScan at the hospital so please send him (and me) your good thoughs and prayers. It's prescheduled (last on was in July). Hopefully we are status quo and not emergency proceedure. Thanks Tammy and Pamela for your posts last night.

My focus today isn't on working out as you can well imagine. I may try before we go (I'm taking today off) or wait until later. I'll probably do a CTX for cardio as I won't have a long attention span.

Have a good day everyone

Hi Dutchie,Kim,Wendy,Katie, and Robyn and all who follow,

Robyn: You and your son will be in my thoughts. Good luck!
Wendy & Kim: I love the GS workouts!
Dutchie: That was some workout!
Katie: I would probably fall all over the place taking dancing. It sounds like you had a great time.

Well all the talk about L&G yesterday had me craving to do it. So this morning I did L&G standing work. I didn't do the floor work because I did that on Tuesday.

Have a great day!

Elaine

Hi, all -
I guess I'll do Power Max tonight for something different. Haven't done it in a long time. But right now, I'm thinking I might want something harder. We shall see. Whatever it is, I need to keep it down to an hour. I keep running out of time in the evenings. Sigh.

Hello! I'm feeling a little better today. I ended up doing 30 minutes on the eliptical last night. I also added shoulders and triceps. I was trying to remember what the CTX format was for these. I think I got close.

I slept in this morning to combat the cold but I'm going to try and do a little bit of CTX when I get home.

Have a good day.

Jeanette

Good morning ladies

Dutchie...great workout!!

Good back workout Kim

Wendy...I'd say...yes you will fry that upper body!!

Katie....Ballroom dancing sounds fun. I'd be such a clutz!!

Robyn...sending prayers and http://www.geocities.com/shangrala_shangy/hugs2.gif[/img] your way

Elaine...now I am thinking about L&G!!

Shannon...I seem to run out of time in the mornings...Power Max is fun....love the older workout clothes!!

Sandra...I am glad the treadmill is working out for you. Seems alot of girls here use one. I tried a couple of times on one...even broke my FIL's...:)

Tammy...I was happy to get all the P90X's...I had such great results with the 1st rotation I did!

Pamela...the best thing to do for outdoor running is to get GOOD shoes! A specialty shop can help there. My shoulders are a bit sore from P90X Chest, shoulders and tri's yesterday!!

I am doing Yoga and a 5 mile run today....

Have a great day ladies...:)...Carole

G'day!

Last night I did PLB and ME abs. During my workout, my 5 year old daughter decided that we should send a video to Cathe, showing her that I work out with her videos. So she recorded me doing the ME abs, and gave an hysterical narration of everything. I have no intention of sending it to Cathe, but it's going to be a fun piece for the family archives.

Dutchie - great workout yesterday! Me likey!

Kim - your back will be feeling it tomorrow!

Wendy - you'll be feeling every muscle by Saturday, I'm sure. Great job! You've convinced me that I need to give these workouts a try. When I'm finished this month's rotation, I'm going to do a rotation that alternates GS and SH. I already feel pumped LOL!

Katie - do you have a dance partner? You've lost 6lbs already! Wow!

Robyn - I'm thinking about you and your son today. What is the scan looking for? I hope all goes well. How old is he?

Elaine - LG is fun, isn't it? I always find myself singing along during the standing leg extensions ("I can't go for that...noooo...no can do!"). Thank you for the baby comment yesterday. I'm going to add some more recent photos when I get a chance. I'm loving the 4 month age, and starting to think that maybe we'll have another one some day. I must be crazy.

Shannon - PowerMax is on my rotation for tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it; haven't done it in ages. Have a good time!

Carole - Treadmill running is very different than outdoor running, isn't it? I much prefer outdoor running, but given my current circumstances I just can't do it, so I'm accepting the treadmill runs as second best. What yoga are you doing today? The P90X?

Jeanette - nice workout, especially since you're not feeling well!

Annette - the first 25 mins of Cardio Kicks are the most intense, IMO. You did a great workout. I give you so much credit for trying to get back to your normal life, so soon after your mother's passing.

Tammy - I love the leg presses in HSTA, too. It's the only workout where I actually like them; I can't figure out why. That's a great workout. I haven't tried Cardio Coach yet. I checked out their website (was it you who told me about it on the Ask Cathe forum?). DH does long distance cycling, and in the winter he spends hours on his bike in the basement (on a trainer). CC might be ideal for the both of us down the road, should I really want to get serious about running. I bought a cheap, non-motorized treadmill just to allow me to do the odd bits of running that Cathe throws into her rotations.

Jane - your sub for 10-10-10 yesterday made me laugh. 10-10-10 is not that hard! I'm impressed that you were able to do all that intense cardio right after Circuit Max.

Pamela - are you following one of the P90X rotations?

Tonight I will be doing StepFit. I like that one, and I'm looking forward to a nice long steady-state cardio.

Have a great day!
Sandra

Hi,

Last night, Kick Max this workout is tough and so much fun. The standing leg work is a killer, has anyone notice Ms. Jay her form is always so perfect and she has a beautiful smile. Not sure what I want to do tonight, but as Cathe say ‘DO SOMETHING’ :p :9

Hm....let' see, I have not done Imax 1 in a very long time, maybe I do that one. Well back to work, ttys.

Teddygirl~

Robyn, I hope all went well, I said a prayer about it to give you peace and the doctors wisdom.

I did the warm up and 4 kickbox combos off of Kickbox and then the Power Drills off of Cardio Kicks today. So I think I made up for yesterday, and thanks to all of you who commended me on doing the 1st 25 min. of CK yesterday. I had all intentions of finishing it but when the friend called (after I had called her, with regards to my mother's death) I felt it was more important to take the call even though she offered to call back.

Anyway have a great day, also I used weighted gloves for the Kickbox portion but not for the Cardio Kicks' drills.:7

Good Afternoon Fit Chicks!

I did a premix from KPC/LG this morning. It was supposed to be 61 minutes long, but only clocked in at 54 min - the abs were missing. It was the first premix of KPC drills and LG standing leg work, abs, stretch. Oh well!

Annette: Great workout! I am sure you kicked and punched some stress away:eek:!

Teddygirl: Love the Imaxes...enjoy!

Sandra: What a cute story about your daughter - LOL! I don't think I've done StepFit yet...have fun!

Jeanette: Great workout...I hope you are feeling better.

Carole: I hope you enjoyed your yoga and your 5 mile run. I've yet to run that far yet!

Shannon: PowerMax is a blast...love those 360's!

Elaine: The music in L&G just makes that workout!

Robyn: I hope everything went well for you and your DS today...(((HUGS))).

Katie: I'm glad you enjoyed your ballroom dancing...it sounds fun!

Wendy: Sending happy leg vibes your way....GSLegs is a killer!

Kim: You're making me want to get out MIS next week!

Dutchie: Whoa! That is some workout!

Hello to all that follow....have a nice evening!

Hello ladies!

It went very well at the dr. There is no change on the aneurysm. Dr. is convinced he has had it for years and there is really no reason for surgery. That was good. We will monitor it in a year. It was discovered 7/04.

THANKS for the good thoughts, prayers, vibes

Oh he is 17. So now we just focus on the siezures and hopefully can get them totally undercontrol.

I really feel the dr was guided to make the right decision. Anyhow wanted to say thanks to all of you!

LOL... Sandra... I was thinking the same thing on those back to back blasts on BC.... I was thinking "overkill perhaps"!!! I felt great after it was done though.

Sending hugs and prayers your way Robyn for your son.

Everybody else, great w/o's !!!

I am finished for today. Still on the Jan. rotation and still two days behind.

Today was IMAX2, skipped the stretch, then hit the ground running for that 30 minute run. I did my own thorough stretch outside after I walked for about three or four minutes to cool down.

About 1 hour 35 minutes today, 762 calories up in smoke!
