Good morning. Today finish the 2 presale of hardcore.I am anxious .I Hope Cahe will give us news tody when she will go to post the october rotation. Today is CK and upper body weight training.Have fun.:)

Today I plan to tackle Power Hour or MIS...not sure yet. Then I'm going to do one of Cathe's old step routines because I haven't done them in awhile.

Good morning....Ruth when I first got PH and MIS I decided to tackle just the lower body on both workouts....YEOW!!!!!! They are both great workouts....:)

Today I am doing a 6 mile run and then for the first time Pilates. I got the Crunch Burn & Frim DVD at K-Mart for $10.

Stayfit...I loved your description of the concert....it sounds like you had such a wonderful time.

Hi all, I did All Step today. That shoulder workout is a killer, and I broke a good sweat during the step portion too.:eek:

Annette, it's so nice to see you back!:) I love that shoulder routine too.

I did HIIT today on the Nordictrack for 25 min, hr up to 171. It was followed by ME legs and ME abs. Feeling just soooo gooood..... :)

This morning I did HSTA - I even had to take put the DVD on pause once so I could let my hr get back down a bit before continuing.

OUCH!! (I went with MIS, because I've only done it once in recent months. Of course you realize now I'm gonna have to try your idea. x( LOL

How did you like Pilates? I'm not a big fan but keep thinking I should keep trying it.
