HI Eriniski & all who follow:
I am VERY VERY sore with DOMS today... i think they are a combination of tuesdays GSL workout and last night with The Firm Cardio Sculpt because I left my KPC here at the office
so I got a double "fanny lifter" workout and boy am I feeling it today! I will be in the epsom salt bath tonite for sure!
Eating yesterday was OK, but not great... oatmeal for BF, granola bar snack, pretzel bites another snack, 5 smartie candies (my ALLTIME FAV!!), 2 KitKat minis, and it all went to he!! from there! Burger King for lunch, to finish it all off with Granola w/ raisen cereal last night... UGH! when you put it that way maybe it wasn't even remotely OK!
oh well... had a banana so far and will make my oatmeal here shortly...
Eriniski: Hang in there... changing to AM workouts takes a lot of adjustments so keep trying and don't give up. if you don't get it in in the morning, do something throughout the rest of the day and keep moving!
