I can't tell you how happy I am to have discovered your line of workouts!!! I've been working out with The Firm and Karen Voight for years but I had hit a plateau. It was starting to be difficult to stay motivated. I didn't know where else to turn but then I found your website and ordered the Intensity Series set. Simply amazing. They are a true god send.
