Three Things July 8th

2. Tomorrow I am going to start a new rotation - freestyle workout posted by Reba. I am kind of exceited about it. I would like to see this relative long w/o section rotation will do any dent in my fat cells...;-)

where did she post it? I may want to try it!

1. My boy and I made oatmeal cookies with chopped almonds. We ran out of raisins, so only a few cookies had some. I haven't had cookies in almost forever.

2. I'm wearing my fat pants (I'm pms'ing) and it's looser than I remember.

3. One more week 'til the road trip!

4. PMS is coming...Agrrrrrrrrrx(

Don't you guys have mushy legs and sleepy feeling when you have PMS? What is the best way to motivate yourself to get up and keep workout schedule? I really need your help. I am going to start a new rotation tomorrow, and I don't want to lapse it in the middle of the week...;(

Thanks

1. It's Friday, which means I can sleep in for an hour tomorrow and get up at 5:30 instead of my 4:30 am during the week.

2. I get to test out the new aerobics room that was just built onto the gym I work at. Crossing fingers it won't be too highly polished for class.

3. All my football players are on break, starting this weekend, so I get a week off. Okay I don't, but I actually get a chance to work with normal people. Which is a nice change and a break, even though it's just covering someone else's regulars while they go have fun.

WantFit,

You may want to try more veggies and protein in your diet the week before and the week of PMS. Sometimes our bodies need more vitamins and minerals, during that time and hopefully the protein will give you more stable energy. Diet plays a very important part of knocking down symptoms of PMS. Hope that helps.
