1. For me, finally my DOM body from Monday pulling weeds got a little bit sign of recovery. It totally passed me out. All my hard workout never did this to me. I walked limped, my calfs, my knees, my ankles... everywhere so sore just by one day squatting there pulling the weeds. Can you believe it? It wasts my whole week workout.
2. Tomorrow I am going to start a new rotation - freestyle workout posted by Reba. I am kind of exceited about it. I would like to see this relative long w/o section rotation will do any dent in my fat cells...;-)
3. It's Friday!! I am going to get more time with my two cuties:7
