Hi everyone. I'm at 8 weeks and have been diagnosed with a Threatened Miscarriage. My Doctor suspects the symptoms I'm having might be due to a Uterine Fibroid. He has put me on "modified couch potato activities" - I can go to work but no working out. My question is, are there any exercises that I can do that would not put additional stress on my body or the baby during the next 12 weeks? Thanks.
