Those dreaded pikes!

Guess what?!! I finally was able to do those dreaded pikes on the stability ball!!!!!! I kept plugging away at it and I got it. I was only able to do 3 without falling off the ball, but i feel like i just made a major accomplishment. Just had to share with you all!! Isn't cathe awesome?!!:) :) :) :)
 
That's great! I haven't managed to do them yet. After I kept falling off the other day, I decided to at least try one with my elbows down for more stability. I managed to do one that way.:) I will just have to keep working on them until I get there!:)
 
Pikes are sooo tough!! I can now do most of them. When Cathe gets to the point of alternating leg lifts and back into pikes again....well, that's my next goal to obtain.

I use to be able to do them but recently had carpel tunnel surgery in both wrists. Needless to day push-up and pikes are out for now but my goal is to be able to do them again. (Hopefully by the end of the year!!! They are fun aren't they? Doing them makes you feel.....strong.
