Sunday: The two HIIT programs from "Intensity" followed by "Lower Body Blast" and then "Ab Ripper X" from P90-X
Monday: Jari Love "Get Extremely Ripped 1000"
Tuesday: 28 mile bike ride
Wednesday: "High Reps", yoga
Thursday: All Three HIIT programs
Friday: Off, with a relaxed long dog walk and much stretching.

I feel pretty good about this....mostly because I've been a "Cathlete" since Cathe's first video (love watching them now for the styles) and just turned 61. I'm in the best condition of my life, although the old skin tone ain't what it used to be.
