I needed to recharge myself. I was only on week 2 of the SS advanced rotation..and I was missing the feeling I get after completing a Cathe workout. I figured, why keep doing something I just was not enjoying. Don't get me wrong I love a couple of the workouts and I will mix them up with Cathe..but I just couldn't do the same workouts everyday. So, this week I have done the Gauntlet, Imax 2, and Leaner Legs (it was my first time doing that one..LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!) I am feeling so good right now..no guilt gut at all from giving up on the rotation. I am looking forward to 6 PM and a little Muscle Endurance
