This week I have been Slim Series Free..

I needed to recharge myself. I was only on week 2 of the SS advanced rotation..and I was missing the feeling I get after completing a Cathe workout. I figured, why keep doing something I just was not enjoying. Don't get me wrong I love a couple of the workouts and I will mix them up with Cathe..but I just couldn't do the same workouts everyday. So, this week I have done the Gauntlet, Imax 2, and Leaner Legs (it was my first time doing that one..LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!) I am feeling so good right now..no guilt gut at all from giving up on the rotation. I am looking forward to 6 PM and a little Muscle Endurance:) Just wanted to spread some Cathe Joy:7
 
Hey, I know what you mean! I was doing the slim training rotation, but became totally bored after two weeks! Although I enjoy the Slim Series, all the tapes seem pretty much the same (same moves, same music). Gotta love the fun factor in Cathe workouts!
 
I can only do Slim Series for 2 weeks max. Even that can be too much. I think that all the workouts, though different, have the same qualities that you just get sick of it . I find I crave a heavier workout!;-)
