not put on weight! I find myself being more sedentary with the longer/boring nights. My hands just can't seem to stay out of the goodies! The good news is I am still doing my "Cathe" workouts!
I thought I was doing wonderfully until I tried to put on a pair of jeans this morning. They fit just over a week ago, but not today! I am trying to blame it on the heavy weight work I did yesterday. Does that sound good enough? I really need to kick it into gear. My DB and mother bought me lots of new clothes for Christmas and I need to fit into them!!
I never gain weight during the hoidays because, when faced with a plate of cookies, I eat them, but I remove some of the healthier foods from my diet to compensate.
