if you are still on the fence about ordering. This is Cathe's best work yet. Three years ago I didn't renew my gym membership because I was frustrated with instructor turnover and not getting a good workout when I did attend. But one class at the gym that never disappointed was Body Pump. High Reps blows away any BP class I ever took at the gym. Thanks, Cathe for filling that one last void. Intensity is fun and intense (couldn't think of a better word). I haven't tried the others yet, but I am sure I will love them as well.
Cathe, thanks for keeping me motivated to be fit and trim.

Thank You Lina! I'm so happy to hear you are getting great workouts with my new DVD's. I had so much fun creating each and every one of these four workouts. I felt so connected to them and just felt really happy from the planning stages to the filming stages. Maybe not quite as happy during editing ;)
 
I love High Reps. It is very much like Power Hour except a bit more difficult.

It is one tough workout and I love how the resistance band is used in new ways.

I also like that the workout uses the sliding discs. I love using them in STS!
 
I loved Hi Reps, particularly when the stretch started out on the floor. It was nice not to have to get up after abs. I yelled thank you to Cathe for that.

Also, this workout moves so quickly, the hour flew by. For some reason, when doing ME, I am constantly looking at the clock. I had the right amount of doms today. I could feel my muscles, yet still walk up the steps and wash my hair.
