Thirty Minute Workouts

I workout primarily during the week before I go to work and I only have thirty (at most 40) minutes to workout before getting ready to go. Most of the timesavers are closer to an hour which is way too long and I end up not being able to complete half of the Cathe workouts.

A series of Advanced workouts that last 30-40 minutes would be fantastic. I especially LOVE the high step workouts! They've done amazing things for my body!:+

I was thinking the same thing. Sometimes I just have time for a good 30-40 minute aerobic workout so having more of these options would be SUPER! The Intermediate/Advanced level would be great ! Thank yOu!
 
I would like to officially throw in my vote for this! I will sometimes just do one or two step segments of one workout 2-3 times, and then go to the cooldown. It would be nice not to have to push any buttons during my workout.

Just out of curiosity - have you tried the Cross Train Express (CTX?) All of the cardio sections are under 35 minutes and nice and advanced. It's a little dated now, but it's still one of my favorites - I use bits and pieces of it.
 
Cross Train is good, but it gets boring. It would be nice to have more options. Or even if a 60 minute workout could be divided into two segments for two 30 minute workouts with a stretch at the end. As it is, I will just do 30 minutes of a DVD and FF to a stretch when I'm short on time. This seems to be working for me.;-)
 
I think this would be wonderful idea. CTX just to let you know is all max 30 mnts of cardio, and its not complex or difficult... most are really easy to do:)
