Things are improving....yeah!!

:) I did Cardio & weights last night for the third time and I did so much better! I actually did almost everything, and those I didn't quite "get" I came really close. I feel like I can actually do this now. The one thing I still have the most problems with is what Cathe calls the "Plunge Lunge" (and any other lunge off the board for that matter!). Any suggestions on those?

Those plunge lunges are just hard! I think that they do get better the more you do them. I know what you mean about the progress! I took a few months off of Cathe and am just getting back into it. Today I did one of the Hardcore Challenge premixes (#1 with the circuit training). I felt terrific and I kept up with the whole workout! It is a great feeling! Great job, Paula!

The plunge lunge can be done at a low impact/walking pace. Try it that way and see if it's easier for you to do...My biggest problem in cardio and weights are the tap dances...YIKES, I just don't get them! lol Glad to hear you are slowly but surely picking things up. I knew you would. It just takes LOTS of patience and a little bit of time. :)
