RE: Speaking of Trevor!

I'm still here! :) I could never abandon this site....what guy wouldn't want to be surrounded by such wonderful ladies as we have on this site. You made my day thinking of me.
I still am posting just not checking in regularly.
Just to quickly update....I am in "bulk up" mode and have been doing alot of weight work using 3 sets/8 reps for awhile. I posted to "ask cathe" what I have been doing to get her opinion. If you like, check it out and feel free to give me your honest opinions ladies. I'd really like to hear what you all think.
As for cardio I am fitting Cathe in when when the gym gets old and I need a break from it. Also she is a great motivator! :)
I have some new pics of the family which I will attempt to scan and post sometime this weekend and anyone interested in that I will give the link out to. If I had any guts I'd post a before and after pic for my lifting regimen and get your opinion on that! lol! I'm just too shy! :)
Have a safe, happy, fun weekend everyone!
Go Steelers! Go Capitals! Goodbye Cal Ripken, Jr......it's been an honor watching you all these years and thanks for staying with the Orioles and contributing so much to the team and community!!

RE: Speaking of Trevor!

Amen, Trevor...I'm going to miss Cal so much...in Baltimore, if you were watching a ballgame, you were watching Cal! What a great guy. I'm hoping he'll decide to coach or even manage someday.
Let's see some pictures of your new bulky self!

RE: Speaking of Trevor!

I just got finished taping Cal's finale and we all cried liked babies here. I feel like I lost my best friend! I grew up watching him and Eddie Murray......truly awesome baseball players. Unfortunately I don't see alot of the same kind of dedication from the newer players.

LAST EDITED ON Oct-07-01 AT 05:28PM (Est)[p]Yeah I taped it too & cried through the whole thing. For awhile there, I didn't think he'd be able to pull himself together for his speech! This is Volume 3. Volume 1 is when he tied, Volume 2 is when he made the record. I only wish I had a tape of his first game, that would be fun. Also I hope they put out a tape of highlights from his career, I saw something like that for Brooks. Baseball will never be the same in Balto., but I felt the same way when Brooksie retired. Eventually, someone will capture our imaginations again.
Still....sigh
