No, no not the NEW tapes! After waiting for ten days, I finally realized that my 6 tapes I was desperately awaiting were sitting in my OLD mailbox--Just moved at the beginning of July to a new apartment in the same complex.Well, I immediately previewed them, thinking "finally, choreography in an exercise video!!!" And yes, they looked challenging, too. Then I did Step Works. Wow! Modify will be my new word of the month! I got through the whole thing (yippee!!!), but I'm telling you that last section was LOW impact!I'm sooo happy with my tapes! I'm doing a PS rotation that was posted recently--although I'll have to stick with dumbells for a while, until I can afford a barbell. I didn't feel much from the CST workout--will a barbell make a big difference? The highest weight I have is 10 lb. dumbellls, but rather than get heavier ones, should I just go ahead and get the barbell?
