Ok I have a questions in rewards to shoes to wear for my workouts. I have running shoes for when I run and for my Cathe workouts or aurobic workouts and weight training, lunges, squats I use my crosstrainers. I've always used the New Balance 622 for the longest time but they are discontinued and now i'm looking for another brand or new crosstrainer. But I notice that they have the crosstrainer, toning, and studio shoes. I'm confuse now!!! Am I soppose to be using different shoes for my differnt workouts? I'm mostly concern for when I do my squats and lunges...is it ok to use the crosstrainer or should I be using the toning shoe? What is your favorite shoe for your Cathe aourobics, plyometric workouts? So confused!!!
