The PS Series.....

Just wondering about how everyone who does this series rotates it. I had been doing each of the three on separate days but have started doing BBA and CST together and then SLA the next day. I only do this once a week and then two days later do a full body like MIS with cardio on the in between days and also allow for one rest day a week. Have any of you gotten better results from splitting up the three PS workouts or combining like I do?

I get best results by doing something similar to your post. Here is an example week of my PS rotation:
Sat. Imax
Sun. PS BBA CST
Mon. SLA
Tue. Imax (or Step Works if I'm just too tired to do Imax!)
Wed. MIS
Thu. Cardio Kicks
Fri. Rest

Hope you love PS as much as I do!
 
I got the best results in combining them like you do. I think this is what I did:

M - BBA/CST
T - Imax
W - SLA
R - CK
F - BBA/CST
S - 1 hour cardio (RS, MIC, etc.)

I was doing them 1x per week, but really got results with 2x's per week.

Thanks Jillybean and Kotacam, sounds like I am heading in the right direction. I also have MIC,Cardio Kicks and a treadmill which I alternate on cardio days. I am so hooked on Cardio Kicks. I love it when Cathe calls the two guys up to the front cuz they are "looking so sweet back there"! That whole cast really rocks!!

I feel so empowered after I finish that workout!
