Just wondering about how everyone who does this series rotates it. I had been doing each of the three on separate days but have started doing BBA and CST together and then SLA the next day. I only do this once a week and then two days later do a full body like MIS with cardio on the in between days and also allow for one rest day a week. Have any of you gotten better results from splitting up the three PS workouts or combining like I do?
