The perfect ab exercise?

Yes, I saw this too. It sure would be great if I could actually do them :p!! I still just go to my knees.

I have done many a Pike on the ball (like a million of fellow Cathletes), but I have never paired it with a rollout. I will be doing a set of this exercise 3 times a week alternating days with a Cathe ab workout between now and the Glassboro RT....... gotta get my abs ready for that weekend!! Thanks for sharing
 
I tried this last night. NOT easy! :eek: I can do a pretty nice pike but can NOT do a roll out after unless I have the ball higher up towards my knees. Well, I could roll out...but I'll NEVER get back IN! :p
 
I saw it yesterday too and did about 10 reps last night. It was tough keeping the ball on my feet during the roll out :eek:
