I sure hope she does! I preordered this series the very 1st day AND took advantage of buying a $200 gift card that had the "free $50" on it (my Christmas present early last year) in anticipation of using my gift card for the 7 or 8 other dvd projects she had planned. Since she was out of commission for so long, I'm hoping she already has these in the works and will begin filming them soon. (maybe she'll film the step workout and the 4 split series soon, which I know would make everyone happy since we would have already had these if everything would have gone as planned) The step workout/split series was to be filmed Winter 2006 (early this year) and the boxing series in Summer 2006 so realistically we are now almost 1 year behind for these workouts too......
I would love an update from you Cathe on how you plan to proceed with the rest of the workouts that had been planned. (which is why I purchased the gift card so I could order ALL OF THEM!!) Love your stuff!!

that's awesome! I had no idea Cathe would be filming another series so soon after this one. I agree that yes we should give Cathe a break in between filming, plus also gives the rest of us a chance to thoroughly master these new DVDs.
While I'm enjoying (and cursing ) these new DVDs, I can look forward to the fact knowing Cathe has more in store for me in the near future....

I agree that Cathe definitely deserves a break, but I am also so pumped for the boxing series. I know it will be a while and I have lots of great workouts to do in the meantime, but the thought of Cathe's intensity added to an athletic workout like boxing has me giddy with excitement.

I think she can get some well-deserved rest AND get the next series out in a timely manner, filming in February, perhaps? Or even end of January? then doing the next batch in May or June. That would space out the series about how they were originally announced.

Hey Kathryn, WHOA NELLIE! Curb your enthusiasm, girl!!!
For Cathe to film the next mini-series in January or February, she'd have to start last week on choreography, clothes, music, scheduling time with Greg Twombly and the Telenium crew, planning DVD covers, etc. I'm sure that list barely scratches the surface of everything that goes on in the pre-filming prep stages. And, even if she wanted to tackle this kind of schedule, to do it Cathe would be having to ask the crew and herself to put in ultra-long hours of planning and rehearsal straight thru the holidays. PLUS, this would all be happening even while SNM is still trying conscientiously to handle the disc replacements, which will necessitate another round of shipping and, with that, more long hours.
Kathryn, of course your opinion may differ and I respect that, but in my book your proposed "timeline" would be tooooooo much for us to ever ask of Cathe, Chris, her crew and their families. I, too, look forward to the other two sets that were planned before Cathe's injury, but my vote would be that she, Chris, and the crew take some time now to rest and regroup and enjoy the holidays with their families.
I say patience, kiddo, patience. All good Cathe things will come in due time -- she has proven that to us over and over again! ;-)

She's had a whole year to do some of the prep work on the upcoming series. ;-)
