The new DVD's are fantastic!

I just got my new DVD's (Ab Hits & Classic Cardio 1) on Monday, & I have done the traditional Slow & Heavy abs--great ab work with variety, too! I also did Step Heat, programming my DVD player to do all of combo 1 & 2 together at the end (BTW, this makes the total aerobics minutes 44.) I was very pleased to learn that Step Heat is still very hot, even though it's been a few years since I did it. I didn't even vote for it, I'm glad I got outvoted. The music was wonderful as usual, also. Thanks for doing such a great job!!

Can you explain how you got 44 min. out of Step Heat. This sounds so appealing to me! Is it chaptered so you can do a certain section more than once? Thanks! I am so slow sometimes!!!

Here is how I programmed my DVD player: 3-4, 3-5, 3-6, 3-7, 3-8, 3-6, 3-8, 3-9, 3-10, 3-11. I think the 3's are the title #'s & the other 3's are the chapter #'s (I am DVD illiterate still.) 3-9, 3-10, & 3-11 are the cooldown, stretch, & abs chapters. If you do not have a DVD player that you can program, just select to play the whole workout, then stop after the end of the aerobics, then select combo 1, then select combo 2 after doing combo 1. The chapters for "combo 1" & "combo 2" are the finished product of the combos, without any breakdown. The 44 min. is the length of the aerobics alone for how I did the workout. I don't know how long the total length of the workout was. I hope this helps!

Oh yes this helps me tons! This is one of the coolest chaptering ideas I have heard yet! I only wish Step Fit and Power Max were chaptered this way, but watta do? This is great. Man I love Cathe and SNM Videos! Thanks for the info Jeni!
