I just got my new DVD's (Ab Hits & Classic Cardio 1) on Monday, & I have done the traditional Slow & Heavy abs--great ab work with variety, too! I also did Step Heat, programming my DVD player to do all of combo 1 & 2 together at the end (BTW, this makes the total aerobics minutes 44.) I was very pleased to learn that Step Heat is still very hot, even though it's been a few years since I did it. I didn't even vote for it, I'm glad I got outvoted. The music was wonderful as usual, also. Thanks for doing such a great job!!
