I don't think they are harder then the intensity series but others may disagree.
I have had mine now for a while but I don't do them ALL of the time b/c I am don't want to get tired of them.
I have only done Push&Pull , and Legs&Glutes once so far.The one I seem to be reaching for the most is S,J&P and Supersets.
I love the music in the new workouts.It could be new songs your listening to or remixes of older songs.Sometimes when I don't have enough time to finish S,J&P a song will come on that I can't refuse to jump around to.
I don't find any of them extremely diffcult.I am considering upping my weight the next time I do one of them.But we can't expect every workout that she puts out to be harder then the last,can we? This would be called heart attack discussion board.
