<---has eaten clean for 1/2 day
<---didn't really eat too bad over weekend
<---did drink bad - beer and wine
<---is glad to see Deb and thinks oven fire sounds big time scary
<---thinks clean up from said fire sounds very scary too
<---is done with today's fungus lecture and all the students stayed awake, although there was some very large yawns
<---is a dopic, dopey lecturer and is glad it is just a week or so out of the year
<---salutes all those teachers who do it all day, 9 months of the year

<---saw somethign about the GA boys' 1st day of school and Robin teaching
<---is not focused enough to make sense of it all
<---is off to type names onto certificate thingies

<--- 's DH was not able to get another flight out today so he won't be home until tomorrow evening :-(

<--- ordered all of the Cardio Coach workouts a couple of days ago and they came today!!!

<---is on the phone right now with DH who got an updated on the woman we saw run over on Fri, from folks at Watkins Glen-she has been released from the hospital with several broken ribs, a broken shoulder, but her legs, which were run over were not broken-the SVRA, who oversees the events found no one at fault, but will review the safty requirements for next year's event

<---is so glad the woman is OK
<---is NOW going to go lift
 
<--will try this again since the last post <--was typing disappeared since Chase unplugged the computer
<--tells Shelly to check her mail, and yes Yahoo is the correct one

<--was glad Mel joined the couch party after school
<--has a sore 'area' on <--upper back on the spine, kinda feels like someone hit <--hard right on <--vertabrae, or something
<--says it has increasingly gotten worse all day
<--says <--spine is more "exposed" now since there is less fat to cushion it, along with <--tailbone, which makes certain core moves very difficult and painful
<--is sorry to babble on about ^^^^
<--hopes Michele doesn't get too lonely tonight, but <--really thinks she has enough of Sean to keep her company

<---the tour guides were so entertaining and hospitable (really good looking young guys, also)
<---would recommend this tour service to anyone who comes to this Georgia mountain area
<---knows the tour guides quite well
<---tells you all to ask for Lee and Mac:7
<---says make sure you ask to ride in the "open air Little Tykes wagon" for the full effect
<---lets you know that normally Mac pulls and Lee pushes
