I read this in a paper from the Gannett News service. I tried to find it online and copy the link but had no success. It was in the Democrat & Chronicle on May 19,2004 if anyone wants to find it. The article is called "The good the bad and the highly nutrtious" by Sameh Fahmy I don't want to reproduce it here and break any laws, but it was worth reading.
