The Firm - cardio session or weight training ?

I have the Firm Super Cardio at home and I wondering if that should come instead of my weight training session or instead of a cardio session. The tape is called cardio, but it does use weights and at the end there is a section of separate weight training. Not as thorough as an exclusive weight tape, but still...

I have Super Cardio and I don't remember a weight section at the end. It does use weights in some of the segments, like when Allie uses them during her step segment, but the weights are so light and the reps are so fast that I would consider this a cardio workout with light endurance type weight work. You could still do a weight tape the next day and not be worried., if that's what you were wondering about. I really like Super Cardio, it goes by fast for being so long!
 
Perhaps I had the wrong title of the tape...

the weights in the tape I am talking about are not just light.
The cardio lasts about 30 minutes and does include light tapes, but at the end there are about 10 minutes of weights doing squats, shoulders, push-ups, bicep curls, etc.
That is why I was asking if that should be considered weight session or just cardio ?
