I was wondering if it would be possible for your exercise crew to write another summary about how they prepared for filming the new workouts, their current workouts & diet, and what they've changed since they last wrote for the Intensity Series? When I do your older workouts (the oldest I have is Powermax) I'm always amazed at how they've physically changed from the older (even as recent as the IS) to the newer workouts. They're such an inspiration!
If Cedie can look that amazing after having kids, I have hope!
(BTW, Cathe, I still can't believe you've had 2 kids. You look better than ever!)
